TERFIX P 30 kg

Fire-resistant mixed insulating plaster (sprayed) on a polymer-cement base. Dry mix in PAP bags and dispersion component packed in drums. Terfix P is designed to increase the fire resistance of open and closed steel elements - columns, beams.

CHARACTERISTICS

TERFIX P mixed insulating plaster is a two-component, multi-purpose, modern lightweight polymer-cement based plaster. The plaster is prepared just before application by mixing the dry plaster mixture, the liquid acrylic component and water. The functional layer forms a continuous coating on load-bearing and non-load-bearing structural steelwork.

PURPOSE - AREA OF APPLICATION

TERFIX P is used as passive thermal protection for steel elements. To increase the fire resistance of load-bearing and non-load-bearing steel structures, TERFIX P is applied by machine spraying or by manual application (repairs, smaller areas).

PACKAGING

TERFIX P is supplied as a dry plaster mixture packed in paper bags of approx. 30 kg + liquid acrylic dispersion in HDPE containers (volume of containers corresponds to the quantity taken).

APPLICATION
Application is subject to compliance with the technological regulations issued by the manufacturer. The scope of application in buildings is reflected in the product certificate issued by AO 212 CSI, a.s., workplace Zlín under number AO212/C5a/2020/0008/Z.

CONSUMPTION

If the technological regulations are followed, the ideal consumption is 3 to 3.5 kg per 1 square metre with a layer thickness of 1 cm (consumption depends on the choice of application method, the choice and operating parameters of the application equipment and the construction's articulation. With machine loading and high structural roughness, the increase in consumption can range from 10 to 40%).
